Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• Site: All web pages at fairplay com and sub-domains
• App: Android or iOS software titled “Fairplay: Sports & Casino”
• We/Us: Win Ventures N.V., licence 365/JAZ, E-Zone Vredenberg, Curaçao
• User/You: Individual holding an active account
• Funds: Cash balance plus bonus credits

2. Eligibility & Registration

1. You are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity.
2. Gambling is not illegal in your jurisdiction.
3. All registration data is true; falsification leads to account closure.
4. One account per person, device, IP, and household.
5. Username and password must stay confidential; activity under them counts as yours.

3. KYC & Verification

We may ask for:

• Government photo ID
• Proof of address not older than 90 days
• Selfie holding ID
• Source-of-funds documents for deposits above ₹2 lakh

If documents are not supplied within 30 days, withdrawals pause and bonuses forfeit.

4. Deposits

• Minimum: ₹500 (or crypto equivalent)
• Maximum per transaction: defined by payment channel
• Fees: Fairplay charges none; your bank might
• Funds show in balance once the payment partner confirms receipt

5. Withdrawals

• Request via “Cashier > Withdraw” with the same method used for deposit wherever possible
• Pending period: up to 12 hours for review
• Daily cap: ₹5 lakh unless VIP tier allows higher
• Payout rejected if open bets could lead to negative balance

6. Betting Rules

• Odds may change until the bet is confirmed.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled.
• Dead-heat rules and run-rate tie breakers follow ICC guidelines.
• If a match is postponed for more than 48 hours, bets void and stake returns.
• System or accumulator bets settle as per each leg.

7. Exchange & Lay Betting

1. Offers created by a user must have real funds to match liability.
2. Partial matching possible; unmatched portion cancels at event start.
3. Commission deducted from net winnings at standard rate 2%.
4. Cross-matching software may adjust odds for efficiency.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

• Welcome bonus: wager 20× on sports with odds 1.5+ within 30 days.
• Cashback credits classed as bonus money until turnover met.
• Abuse (matched betting, opposing accounts, syndicates) voids bonus and winnings.
• Referral rewards issued once invitee deposits ₹1,000+ and clears KYC.

9. Responsible Play

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps any time in “Limits”.
• Cool-off (24 h to 30 days) and self-exclusion (6 months to permanent) available.
• We may enforce a break if play shows signs of harm.

10. Prohibited Conduct

1. Use VPN or other masking tools to hide location.
2. Place bets with inside information.
3. Manipulate software bugs.
4. Harass support staff or other users.
5. Post brand references like fairplay movie in misleading adverts.

11. Account Suspension

We may freeze part or all of your funds if:

• Chargeback, fraud, or cheating suspected
• False identity or under-age play discovered
• External authority requests a hold

We notify you by email unless a legal order bars disclosure.

12. Intellectual Property

Logos, layout, odds feed, and code belong to us or licensors. Copying for commercial use requires written consent. Press may quote up to 50 words with link to fairplay com.

13. Disclaimers

Site and app work “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, though we try to resolve outages swiftly. We are not liable for indirect losses like missed profit due to downtime.

14. Limitation of Liability

Total liability for any claim arising out of use of our platform shall not exceed the amount of the stake or ₹10,000, whichever is lower, except where law says otherwise.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

1. Contact support with ticket ID.
2. If not solved in 14 days, write to complaints@fairplay.com for management review.
3. Still unresolved? Refer to the Curaçao eGaming mediator; their decision is final and binding.

16. Amendments

We may revise these Terms. Major changes appear on the homepage and by email seven days prior. Continued betting after that date means acceptance.

17. Severability

If any clause becomes invalid, other clauses stay active. Headings guide reading but are not contractual.
